Objectives
The primary objective of the International Conference “Developing ScientificTechnology and Innovation in the New Time” is to realize the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW which highlights the essential role of science, technology, and innovation in addressing modern societal challenges and fostering sustainable economic growth.
The conference provides a prestigious platform for researchers, scientists, lecturers, and experts from Vietnam and overseas universities to share their latest findings, innovative ideas, and applied models for sustainable development and community service.

Students pay VND 200,000. Oral presenters are free of charge. Publication fee: VND 1,000,000.
Publication
Papers submitted to the conference will be peer reviewed. Selected papers will be recommended to ISI/SCOPUS indexed journals. Other accepted papers are published in the international conference proceedings with ISBN.

Non-Vietnamese participants
- Conference participation fee: USD 20 (USD 30 if paid after 31 September, 2025). Students pay USD 10. Oral presenters are free of charge.
- Publication fee: USD 50.
Vietnamese participants
- Conference participation fee: VND 500,000 (VND 750,000 if paid after 31 September, 2025). Students pay VND 200,000. Oral presenters are free of charge.
- Publication fee: VND 1,000,000.
