Non-Vietnamese Participants

Conference participation fee: USD 20 (USD 30 if paid after 30 September, 2025). Students pay USD 10. Oral presenters are free of charge.

Publication fee: USD 50

Vietnamese Participants

Conference participation fee: VND 500,000 (VND 750,000 if paid after 30 September, 2025). Students pay VND 200,000. Oral presenters are free of charge.

Publication fee: VND 1,000,000

Registration

The registration fee covers conference materials, coffee break and lunch. Each paid participant/student is allowed to submit one abstract/long paper but is allowed to be as co-author in other abstracts/long papers.
The Registration form will be available from 1st September 2025.
