Non-Vietnamese Participants

Conference participation fee: USD 10 (USD 15 if paid after October 20, 2025). Students pay USD 5. Oral presenters are free of charge.

Publication fee: USD 25.

Vietnamese Participants

Conference participation fee: VND 250,000 (VND 375,000 if paid after October 20, 2025). Students pay VND 100,000. Oral presenters are free of charge.

Publication fee: VND 500,000.

Registration

The registration fee covers conference materials, coffee break and lunch. Each paid participant/student is allowed to submit one abstract/long paper but is allowed to be as co-author in other abstracts/long papers.
The Registration form will be available from 1st September 2025.
